International Events Coordinator

East African Playgrounds is looking for a dynamic, engaging and organised individual to join our international volunteering team. For the right person the role provides the perfect progression from entry-level officer to senior to manager. The role has three different areas throughout the year; volunteer recruitment, fundraising support, and in-country project management of our Uganda Volunteer Project and Gorilla Trek. This role is fast pace, exciting and varied. The successful candidate will be part of East African Playgrounds energetic, friendly and award-winning team in the UK as well as getting to spend a few months in the breath-taking country of Uganda.

This role is perfect for a graduate keen to enter the world of international development and/or community fundraising, as it gives a great insight into the varied role of both sectors.
