Visiting Malawi in 2016 was one of the most incredible experiences I have had, and I have always longed to go back to Africa, so when East African Playgrounds caught my eye, I jumped at the chance to get back to one of the most beautiful countries, with the most awe-inspiring cultures, that I was fortunate enough to be able to experience when I was 16. Now at the age of 20, and about to go into my third year at University of Roehampton, studying Therapeutic Psychology, I am once again being given the chance to give back to a new community by helping to build a playground for the Ugandan children.

Travelling to countries that open your eyes to other ways of life as well as being given the opportunity to help the people in these countries is a passion of mine, having been to Malawi, Aituaki and Nepal-always as a volunteer. There is without a doubt that all the money raised for this trip would be going to a cause that really deserves it. Please donate any money that you can spare in order to be part of something that not only brings a community together, but can affect a childhood in the most astonishing ways!
