Sebastian Pillinger Hi my name is Seb, I am a 21 year old student at the University of Exeter. I have been fortunate enough to have a privileged upbringing in comparison to the children of Uganda and East Africa. It is important to me to make a difference where it matters and East African Playgrounds has allowed me the opportunity to do just this.

Over Easter weekend 2018 my father, David, Godfather, Alcuin, and I will be attempting a 700Km bike ride in aid of East African Playgrounds. Our aim is to raise at least £2,500, or more if possible. We will set off from St Malo in Northern France and undertake a circular route taking in Ducey, Angers, Nantes and the rugged coast at Le Croisic before heading north back to Saint Malo via Saint Brieuc. Nantes is the city to which we moved when I was one year old. It is where my brother, Jovian, was born and where I attended my first school, so it will be a pilgrimage to an area that is significant to us.

Please give generously. All the money we raise will be going to the charity as we will be covering our own travel and accommodation costs on the challenge in France, and I will be paying my own travel costs to Africa when I travel there next summer as a volunteer for East African Playgrounds.

On behalf of David, Alcuin and me, thank you for taking the time to read this and for your support.
