Sam White In August 2018, I will be travelling to Uganda for 3 weeks to help build a playground for school children. Working alongside East African Playgrounds, we will convert an empty field into a safe, fun new playground, as well as helping restore another playground previously built by other EAP volunteers. In addition, we will be taking part in a Creative Play Programme with the children, helping them to develop physical, cognitive and social skills. The United Nations recently listed play as a human right for all children, showing just how valuable play is during childhood. The money raised will be used by East African Playgrounds, but will also be used to fund a Gorilla Permit from the Ugandan Wildlife Authority. The Gorilla Permit will allow me to see the last remaining wild Silverback Gorillas, and the Ugandan Wildlife Authority will use the money to aid conservation efforts to protect the gorillas. Any donations will be greatly appreciated, even the smallest donation can make a huge difference! Please share this page with friends/family, and let's raise as much as possible! Thank you! Sam White
