Rosie Lydon I'm Rosie Lydon, I am a third year currently studying at Canterbury Christ Church University and I have signed up to raise £800 for East Africa Playgrounds. In June 2018, with the help of EAP, I will be heading off to Uganda for 4 weeks to help build incredible playgrounds for some of the worlds most disadvantaged children. East Africa Playgrounds is changing young children's lives, it is helping them grow and learn by creating an environment where they can have fun. Play has an incredible benefit on the development of a child - it builds physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills, whilst giving children the space in which to make sense of the world and exercise freedom of thought.

I have wanted to do a project like this for a long time, and EAP is the most transparent and safest one I have found. All I want to do is help people and children around the world who do not have the life I fortunately do and to help them directly with EAP will be an amazing eye-opening experience

So please help me help EAP by giving whatever donation you can by following the link below, anything will help!!! All the money donated will be going to EAP, who also help Ugandans by training and employing them, as well as working with UNICEF to help children in refugee settlements across Uganda. Rosie Lydon
