Lewis Moreton I've signed up to the Uganda Volunteer Project with the charity, East African Playgrounds to raise £800 to help provide a childhood to the children of Uganda.

I will be going to Uganda to live and work within a local primary school to help build a playground. It may not seem like much, but outside their education, children in Uganda have very little spaces for play and games.

In fact, a playground is a classroom in disguise. Children don't know they are learning, they don't feel like they are learning, but really they are taking in the whole world whilst playing with their friends. Play has an incredible benefit to a child's development; I believe every child deserves a place to play, as it builds social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills whilst allowing freedom of thought and curiosity about the world.

I want to give this gift to the children of Uganda, can you please help by donating towards my fundraising.
