Jenny Hyneman Hi everyone thank you so much for clicking on my fundraiser page - all donations are greatly appreciated!

In June 2019 I will be travelling to Uganda for 3 weeks, 2 of which I will be living and helping within a local community as well as helping to build a playground for a school. Play is really important for these children as it improves their social, physical and emotional well-being.

Previous playgrounds built have improved teaching practice and children's school readiness, improved school attendance and enrollment and decreased anti-social behavior.

Here are a few examples of what your kind donations can do:
£15- Builds a motorbike out of tyres.
£20- Funds safety equipment for a disadvantaged young adult.
£73.80 - Equips a former street child with resources needed to learn the basic of welding.
£100 - Funds a one month educational play program.
£197.61 - Trains a former street child for a month- helping them to become a qualified builder or welder through EAP Apprenticeship Scheme.
£50- Builds a table with room for board games such as snakes and ladders.
£5.11 - Gives one child access to a playground.
£25 - Fund toy animals for children to play with.
£250 - Funds a climbing frame for a playground.
