A group of children in Uganda came to visit our 6th form in York with the charity organisation Abaana, to learn by joining in on our classes, performing cultural music on our stage and sharing their personal stories to a huge audience. It was an amazing experience to get to know these children and to learn about their lifestyle, it was very emotional and really heart touching, they even gave us hugs. They were so happy despite the conditions they lived in and it really inspired me and my sister Zeyneb. We wanted to do more. Leading to us wanting to volunteer, especially in Uganda. Pleasure support us on our volunteering so we can give more to them, let them experience a more improved lifestyle and give them the fun and love that they deserve.
