Abby Kramer What are your biggest memories from your early childhood? The friendships you made? The social get-togethers in parks? Children need to interact and play in order to enhance creativity and develop skills such as sharing and social interaction.

This summer, I'll have the honour of creating this environment for children in schools in rural Uganda, by working with my team and East African Playgrounds charity to build a playground. To do this, I need to work hard to generate £2,000 from fundraising and donations. This money will go towards supporting the charity, paying for materials and employing Ugandan workers to assist the construction of the playground.

I will also be taking on the Uganda trek to find the last remaining Silverback Mountain Gorilla's, as well as living and working within a local community to build a playgrounds for a school.

A playground is a classroom in disguise, children don't know they are learning, they don't feel like they are learning, but really they are taking in the whole world whilst playing with their friends.

I want to give this gift to the children of Uganda, can you please help by donating towards my fundraising.
