It's not only an incredible fundraising opportunity, where we're hoping to raise enough to build a large playground in one weekend, but also an awesome chance to meet students from all over the country engaged with the same cause as you!
Our average participant raised over £85 in one day last year. Participants in the past have raised over £350 on this day - so what're you waiting for? Get involved now!

The collection is primarily open to all Gorilla Trek and Uganda Volunteer Project Volunteers, but that doesn’t mean you can’t invite friends or family to come and collect with you, just ensure they have registered for a ticket.

Please bear in mind our free accommodation is now full, so if you want to attend you will need to pay for your own accommodation. A suggested list of affordable hostels in London are:


We suggest that you stay in London on the 12th April and 13th April if you can, so that you can collect from 6am- 6pm and make the most of the day.

- To arrange your own transport to and from London (so book early to save those pennies!)
- To arrange your own accommodation in London 
- Your EAP Bucket & T-shirt (these will be provided for guests and other collectors).
- Your best fancy dress - be it a banana costume or simple face paint.
- To provide your own meals 
- Around £20 travel expense for London
