In the summer of 2009, we took a team of 10 volunteers from the University of Leeds to the town of Jinja in Uganda. There, we worked and built with a school that is run by a charity called Soft Power Education. Soft Power has been working in Uganda for over 11 years and has established links with over 30 schools across the country.
